With the jingle of Santa’s bells not far away, our Christmas Treats preserving workshop will inspire you to stock your larder for the festive days. The day will include practical sessions making seasonal Piccalilli and a sunny fresh tasting marmalade. We will also show you how to make a really fruity mincemeat, chocolate dipped orange sticks and a warming festive liqueur. You’ll take home what you have made plus a little of what Pam and Liz have made.
The day is fully catered with coffee/teas and a scrumptious Riverford FK lunch.
