‘Hands on’ workshops are a wonderful way to learn about Preserving. I am running regular courses at:
- http://www.riverford.co.uk at their fabulous Field Kitchen in South Devon. Here I work with Preserving friend Liz Neville. We start the day with coffee and toast (jam of course too), then work from 10am tis 3pm with a gorgeous lunch in-between. Our next day there is on 27th September – we’ll be focusing on bottling and pickling. Then on 15th November, 2017 we’ll be at The Field Kitchen again inspiring and showing you how to stock up the larder for Christmas.
- http://www.otterfarm.co.uk at Mark Diacono’s fabulous new Cookery School. I’ll sharing the day here with Mark and we will be looking at a various preserving techniques – the days will be part demo with lots of good practical sessions. too. The next course days are 30th September and 1st October.
